We Are Blood Hosts Blood Drive at Whole Foods for HAAM Day
Tuesday, September 11 | from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. | Whole Foods Market, 525 N. Lamar Blvd.
We Are Blood is joining forces with Health Alliance for Austin Musicians’ HAAM Day, the annual citywide benefit raising funds for the healthcare of local musicians. We Are Blood will host a mobile blood drive at Whole Foods Market’s location at 525 N. Lamar from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For each blood donor seen at that drive, or at We Are Blood’s locations on September 11, $10 will go to HAAM.

Free Baby Playtime at Toybrary (for 1-6 months old)

Join for a FREE baby play time at Toybrary Austin every Tuesday afternoon. Babies must be 1 mo. to 6 mos. to participate.

Jr. Chef Skills
Tuesday, September 11 | from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. | Lake Travis Community Library, 1938 Lohmans Crossing
Kids age 10 and up are invited to learn practical cooking skills in this hands-on class. This program is limited to eight participants.

Whataburger Oh Whata Night (Hutto)
Tuesday, September 11 | from 6 to 9 p.m. | Whataburger, 5012 Gattis School Rd., Hutto
Whataburger customers can show their support for the Hutto Band Booster Club by enjoying their favorite menu items, and 20 percent of Whataburger’s sales from 6 to 9 p.m. will be donated to the organization. At the event, attendees will have the chance to enter into Whataburger’s popular Whataburger for a Year prize drawing, where one lucky winner will receive free Whataburger each week for an entire year. In addition to fundraising, the restaurant has fun, family-friendly activities slated for attendees, including special prizes for the first 100 dine-in customers.

FVF Law & HAAM Benefit Day
Tuesday, September 11 | from 6 to 9 p.m. | ABGB, 1305 W. Oltorf St.
Join Fogelman & von Flatern (FVF) Law for the annual HAAM Benefit Day at the ABGB. HAAM Day lets customers, businesses and music lovers across Austin do their part to help Austin musicians and feel the satisfaction of contributing to an important piece of the fabric of the city. FVF Law invites the Austin community to help support Austin musicians while enjoying a good time at the ABGB. At the event, FVF will be selling festival-themed T-shirts with proceeds going to support HAAM. Live music from Shy Beast, SaulPaul, and Superfónicos.
