Santa’s Wonderland
Monday through Friday, November 25 through 29 | Hours Vary This Week| Bass Pro Shop, 200 Bass Pro Drive, Round Rock & Cabela’s, 15570 South Interstate 35 Frontage Road, Buda
Santa’s Wonderland is the ultimate free family Christmas event. The magic returns to Bass Pro Shops and Austin-area families are invited to enjoy this enchanting Christmas village offering FREE 4×6 studio-quality photos with Santa and free family holiday activities including fun crafts and games. Features include rustic Christmas cabins, holiday characters and live elves set amongst a dazzling backdrop of snow-covered hills and illuminated Christmas trees. The Santa’s Wonderland Christmas village offers remote control trucks, laser/ foam toy arcade, Lincoln Logs building area and much more. Kids can also enjoy free crafts, coloring stations and write a letter to Santa. Get info on hours here.

Mozart’s 10th Annual Joyous Light Show Opening Night
Monday through Friday, November 25 through 29 (except Thursday, November 28) | from 6 to 10 p.m. | Mozart’s Coffee Roasters

The Mozart’s Joyous Light Show is back for the 10th year in a row! Come celebrate the season with us. Magical lights, delicious hot chocolate, tasty treats, and a wonderful time for the whole family. Open every day except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Open Christmas Eve until 10 p.m.

Blue Genie Art Bazaar Opening Day
Monday through Friday, November 25 through 29 (except Thursday, November 28) | from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. | Blue Genie Art Bazaar, 6100 Airport Boulevard

The 2019 Bazaar opens Friday and we’ve got the best holiday shopping deal — unique gifts by over 200 artists all under one roof! Special door prizes throughout the day! A full bar will be open all day and at 6pm we’ll have complimentary snacks for you to enjoy while you shop (while supplies last). Bring the family for a fun holiday tradition (but please leave pets at home). Entry and parking are always FREE!

Baby Storytime

A storytime for babies ages 0-12 months old, including songs, stories, and social time. Monday mornings at 10:30 a.m.

Toddler Storytime

A storytime for kids ages 1-3 years, including songs and stories, followed by play time. Mondays at 11:15 a.m and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.

Fall Family Craft Night (Pflugerville)
Monday, November 25 | from 8 to 11 p.m. | Pflugerville Public Library

Spend the evening indoors working on a craft stick scarecrow.  Everyone gets a craft.  Supplies are limited. Spanish Circle Time

Kids ages 0-3 learn basic concepts and Spanish vocabulary through songs and play, followed by social play time. Tuesday mornings at 10:30 a.m.

Family Movie Matinee (Pflugerville)

Family Martial Arts

Games Night (Relationship Communication Skills)

Learn how to go deeper in relationships while playing games. We will be inside Central Market’s cafe. Look for the sign with our group name on it. Folks are welcome to pop in any time, for any amount of time, between 7 and 9:30 p.m. PLEASE RSVP.

#OptOutside Hike (Lockhart)

Join a park ranger to #OptOutside this Black Friday! All ages welcome. Prepare: Wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. Bring water and apply sunscreen or bug repellent, as needed. The hike is 3/4-mile on moderate terrain. No registration required. Meet: Meet your guide at the Creekview Trailhead. If driving from park headquarters, take your first left-hand turn, pass the campgrounds, and park along the paved loop. Fees: This program is free with entry to the park. Regular park entrance fees are $3/adult, free for children 12 & under.

Hill Country Galleria Holiday Village

Hill Country Galleria will host a Holiday Village on the lawn, starting on Saturday, November 23 and extending through the month of December, where guests can walk the decorated walkways and shop for gifts and goods like custom gifts, ornaments, seasonal coffee and cocoa, mulled cider, toys, spices, and apothecary goods from holiday vendors, such as CiMi Shine, ATX Wood Crafts, Grace & Charm, and more. Guests can also enjoy holiday entertainment like carolers and local dance and choir performances. Santa’s Workshop will also be open within the Holiday Village starting November 24 for guests to meet Santa and get special keepsake photos taken. See Hill Country Galleria’s website for their full schedule.

Christmas Vacation Movie Night
Friday, November 29 | from 6 to 9 p.m. | Rosewood, 1209 Rosewood Avenue

Join on the lawn for Christmas Vacation on November 29! They’ll have drinks, hotdogs, nachos, movie candy, and popcorn for sale at the outdoor bar along with s’mores by the fire.
