  1. Free Photos with the Easter Bunny at Austin Emergency Center
    Friday, April 19 | from 9 to 11 a.m. & 12 to 2 p.m. | Austin Emergency Center at  3563 Far West Blvd. & 1801 E. 51st St. Bldg. H
    Head to two locations of the Austin Emergency Center on Friday, April 19th for FREE photos with the Easter Bunny. Candy and photos provided. Austin Emergency Center – Far West contact: 512-481-2321 and Austin Emergency Center Mueller contact: 512-322-5014.
  2. Sound in Sculpture
    Friday, April 19 | from 6 to 7:30 p.m. | Zlotnik Family Ballroom, Robert B. Rowling Hall (RRH), 300 W Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
    Sound in Sculpture returns for a fifth year, once again as part of the dynamic, city-wide Fusebox Festival! This event invites students from the Butler School of Music to write and perform music inspired by work in the Landmarks collection. This year, all 6 composers will compose original music inspired by the same work of art, a 4,000 square-foot mural by Brooklyn-artist José Parlá. Events are free and open to the public. Sound in Sculpture is a partnership between Landmarks, Texas Performing Arts, the Sarah and Ernest Butler School of Music, and Fusebox Festival

    Join for Austin Nature Day! Visit the Austin Nature and Science Center for a day dedicated to getting outdoors. Learn about activities to get the whole family outside. Free family friendly event. Activities for all ages.
  4. FUMC Easter Egg Festival
    Saturday, April 20 | from 9:30 to 11 a.m. | 1100 Congress Avenue
    First United Methodist Church of Austin is hosting its annual Easter Egg Festival on the Capitol Grounds at Colorado and 12th Street. Join us on the Capitol lawn for face painting, cookies, games, preschool egg hunts, and elementary school egg roll races!  A photo from the Easter Bunny is a special tradition. Egg hunting begins at 9:40 for preschool-aged children (five years and younger). Following the hunts, elementary-aged children will gather by grade to participate in egg rolling races and receive a gift bag of Easter treats at the finish line.  This event is free and open to the public, so bring your friends. Help us help others by bringing non-perishable food donations for Caritas of Austin.
  5. Eggstravaganza Fun and Easter Egg Hunt (Round Rock)
    Saturday, April 20 | at 9:30 a.m. | Faith4LifeAustin in Round Rock, 1000 McNeil Rd.
    Join the fun! Free Fun for kids 2 & up. Music, Bounce Houses, Shaved Ice, Glitter Tattoos, Age specific Egg Hunt, Bounce House and smiling faces!
  6. Family Puppet Show and Workshop
    Saturday, April 20 | from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. |Asian American Resource Center, 8401 Cameron Rd.
    Join Literature Live, Austin Public Library’s puppetry and storytelling troupe, for a show based on the Chinese folktale, Tiger Woman. Following the performance will be a finger puppet making workshop! Free with RSVP. Tiger Woman is a tale about a greedy old woman who will not share her food with a beggar. When the old man turns out to be a wizard, he teaches her a lesson in generosity.   7. Easter Egg Extravaganza
    Saturday, April 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. | Southwest Christian Church, 10500 Old Manchaca Rd.
    Join the annual Easter Eggstravaganza! Egg hunts will start promptly at 11 a.m. followed by hotdogs, inflatables, a rockwall, crafts and more! 11 a.m. – Birth- 1 years (in front field) / 11:15 a.m. – 2-4 year olds (in front field) / 11:30 a.m. –  5 years- 2nd grade (in back field) / 11:45 a.m. –  3rd-5th grade (on playground) / 12 p.m.m – 6th grade- adult (in back field).
  8. Free Easter Festival
    Saturday, April 20 | from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. | Hope Lutheran Church, 6414 N. Hampton Dr.
    Celebrate at the Easter Festival. Free food, fun activities, bounce house, and Easter egg hunt. Police and Fire Department  will make a visit and so will the Easter Bunny for some Photos For info go to HopeLutheranAustin.Org .
  9. Southpop Easter Funday ($5)
    Sunday, April 21 | from 2 to 6 p.m. | Southpop, 1516b Lamar Blvd.
    Southpop Presents: The Annual Uranium Savages Easter Funday! $5 donation, Free to members! Join Southpop for their annual Easter Celebration in the colorful courtyard space, outside the museum. Starting at 2 p.m., they will have everything from an Easter egg hunt at 2:30 for the littles, a possible Easter Bunny sighting to a Easter bonnet parade (creativity and irreverence is encouraged!). The afternoon culminates with a sinful set by the Uranium Savages and Savage Poor, featuring members of the Shiny Ribs. Refreshments will be served all day
  10. 5th Annual Earth Day
    Sunday, April 21 | from 1 to 4 p.m. | Radha Madhav Dham, 400 Barsana Rd.
    They will have the ​5th ​Annual Earth Day with fantastic booths, petting zoo, ladybug and seed ball release, Home Depot, ​ACC Traveling Science Experiments, ​face painting, henna, Earth friendly products, bees, snakes, arts and crafts, and much much more.
