Free Holiday Train Display in Round Rock

The Tinplate Trackers are once again setting up their free Holiday Model Train Exhibit at ArtSpace, located across the street from the Round Rock Public Library.  The show kicks off on Friday, November 28, 2014 and runs through Saturday, January 3, 2015. Starting this weekend, trains will be running Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., excluding holidays. (See the image below for the schedule.)

Watch up to four trains running simultaneously through city scenes, snow village scenes, oil fields, a farm scene, and an animated carnival.

The City of Austin has temporarily banned public gatherings. Please stay home. The Free Fun in Austin calendar is only for live digital events at this time.

Admission is free. If you donate $5, your junior engineer can operate one of the trains for 10 minutes.
