Thursday, November 9

November Wine Walk
From 5 to 9 p.m., Hill Country Galleria is hosting the monthly Wine Walk event, a unique wine and social gathering experience offering great wines from around the world while getting to know the eclectic mix of businesses. Guests can start the walk at Twin Liquors to pick up a guide / map, which also acts as a ticket to all the stops. Hill Country Galleria shopping bags filled with exclusive offers will also be available to participants.

2nd Street Social
2ND Street District has announced extended hours for the monthly 2ND Street Social. At this month’s three-hour event, shoppers can take part in special offerings while enjoying FREE sips from 5 – 8 p.m. Pizzeria Numero 28 will host the evening’s Prix Fixe dinner, featuring Southern Italian cuisine. Guests can get a true sense of Italy with the restaurant’s gelato bar, extensive wine menu, and colorful garden surrounding the outdoor patio.

Jon Dee Graham Free In-Store Performance
Celebrate the release of Jon Dee Graham (Official)’s quintessential album Escape From Monster Island on LP from New West Records. Refreshments provided by Shiner Beer. Event starts at 5 p.m. and is FREE!

Creek Show
Now in its fourth year, Creek Show spans nine nights and includes six light-based, site-specific art installations, which will be installed on Waller Creek between 5th and 8th Streets. The community is invited to walk along Waller Creek to view the art designed to bring attention to the future revitalization of Waller Creek and its transformation into a series of urban parks. Creek Show is FREE and open to the public nightly November 10 to 18 from 6 to 10 p.m.

Saturday, November 11

Pfoundation Pfling
The community is invited to attend the FREE 3rd annual Pfoundation Pfling, from 8:30 a.m. to Noon at the Pfield-PfISD stadium. Attendees can visit with different vendors and compete in the first ever, Pfun Challenge Course. There will be live music, a photo booth, and refreshments at the event. The purpose of the Pfoundation Pfling is to celebrate education and raise funds to provide resources for Pflugerville ISD students and teachers through the Pflugerville Education Foundation.

Laura’s Library Artisans’ Market
The Laura’s Library Artisans’ Market is a juried craft show hosting about 34 Austin area artists, a large silent auction, and food trucks.  All items are handmade! The show is a fundraiser for student scholarships, as well as various library programs offered FREE to the public. It’s happening from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., admission and parking are FREE!

Red Line Brewery Tour 2nd Anniversary

Friends of Port Aransas have organized a fundraiser for the city of Port Aransas on Sunday from 2 to 7 p.m. at Hill’s Cafe. Suggested donation is $10 or Visa gift cards and there will be a full day of live music from musicians like Deanne Rene Band, Shelly King, Debra Watson & The Smokin’ Aces, Rockville Blues, and more. The goal of the event is not only to raise money for Port A, but to raise awareness of just how much Port A needs our help.
