Republic Square Free Fitness Class: Circuit Training by Ro Fitness
Tuesday, May 22 | from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. | Republic Square, 422 Guadalupe St.
Republic Square will host four weeks of free group classes for National Physical Fitness Month in May. Four local fitness and wellness companies will participate, with each class focusing on a different type of workout including yoga, rowing, barre and strength training. The sessions are open to everyone, and kid-friendly activities will be available during the classes.

Open Mic Night @ the DAC: CUMBIA! 
Tuesday, May 22 | from 7 to 9 p.m. | Dougherty Arts Center, 1110 Barton Springs Rd.
Bring your voice, poetry, beats, moves, jokes, ribbon dancing and skating poodles! Show off what you are made of, or sit back and enjoy the entertainment as fellow Austinites take the stage. Coffee bar included. Sign up for performances will begin at 6:45 p.m., show begins at 7 p.m. and runs until there are no more participants.

Brewing on the Banger’s Stage

Back by popular demand, Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden is excited to announce the next three breweries that will be joining their Brew Club series on the Banger’s stage. These events are open to the public, and people are encouraged to participate and interact with some of Austin’s best breweries and brewers as they brew the beers that make them great. The series kicks off on Wednesday, May 23, with the Zilker Brewing team brewing their original award-winning home brew recipe for the Marco IPA. The series will continue on Wednesday, June 20, with (512) Brewing brewing their iconic Pecan Porter and on Wednesday, July 18, with Celis Brewing, best known for their Belgian-style ales, and the beer that started it all, Celis White.

We Are Blood at Blues on the Green

We Are Blood, the sole provider of blood to Central Texas hospitals, returns to Blues on the Green this summer with We Are Blood’s Front Yard at Blues on the Green.
