Celebrate St. Patrick’s day early with a St. “Practice” Day festival! Enjoy live Irish music from the The Chancers, bagpipers and an Irish dance performance. Kids can help color the Aldrich Street paseo green with sidewalk chalk while the event takes place on the paseo in front of B. D. Riley’s Irish Pub at Mueller. Colleen’s Kitchen will have fish and chip baskets, non-alcoholic beverages and peppermint chocolate chip cookies for sale at their walk-up window during the event!

Cosmic One Year Anniversary

TOMS Austin will be hosting a music series featuring live performances by a collection of artists passionate about creating impact through music. The Hill Country Galleria’s Wine Walk is held the 2nd Thursday of every month from 5-9pm. Guests can shop a variety of retailers at the Galleria while discovering great wines from all over the world. Walkers and wine enthusiasts will start at Twin Liquors to pick up a map of the Wine Walk, and the map will also serve as a ticket for each wine walk stop. The walk is organized so that the last stop is a restaurant for attendees to then hang out and end the night with dinner. This event is open to everyone, so join friends, family, groups or a date for a fun way to spend Thursday evening.

After centuries of struggle, biologists are finally beginning to make sense of how the bizarre flamingo lifestyle might have evolved. Come listen to the story of flamingo evolution, as told by one of the guys who helped piece it all together, Learn about how long flamingos have been around, what their relatives are like, and what they looked like before they turned so pink. Science Under the Stars is a free public outreach lecture series held outdoors at Brackenridge Field Laboratory.

It’s that time again! Announcing the return of our all-originals gallery show during SXSW 2019: House Party 4! The exhibition will feature over 100 pieces of one-of-a-kind, original artwork at a fixed $200 price point from an amazing lineup of artists. The two-day show will kick off with a reception open to the public, on Friday, March 15 from 7 to 10 p.m. and will be on display through Saturday, March 16 during regular gallery hours (12 to 6 p.m.).
