We finally got over to check out the brand new water playground in Pflugerville. It’s not huge, but still lots of fun. The water features run in a cycle and must be manually reset every few minutes, by pushing the top of this red column.
The kids loved turning the water on themselves. Such power! The park is free and open to the public during daylight hours. It is not fenced in. There are two shaded pavilions with picnic tables, restrooms, and an adjacent playground.
The splash park is located at the corner of Drifting Meadows Drive and Tranquility Lane in the development of Falcon Pointe in Pflugerville. From the toll road 130 going north, exit Kelly Lane. Go through the intersection at Kelly Lane (continuing north on the 130 frontage road) and take the next right onto Murchison Ridge Trail. Pass Point of Grace church on your left. Turn left onto Drifting Meadows Drive. This road dead-ends at Tranquility Lane. You will see the park in front of you. Parking is available on the street.
