Nothing says fall better than open-air movie screenings in some of Austin’s favorite parks! Austin Parks Foundation, in partnership with Alamo Drafthouse, is kicking off its popular Movies in the Park series, presented by Carvana, on Thursday, September 21, 2017. This year – to celebrate APF’s 25th anniversary (and Alamo’s 20th!) – they’re screening an all 1992 series of films. Enjoy a host of family-friendly 90’s throwbacks in parks all over Austin, and check out the full schedule below. Don’t miss the season opener of Wayne’s World in Pease Park, followed by two more FREE community screenings this fall!
Free Fun In Austin continues to highlight Austin area locations and activities that may not be available at this time. We encourage you to take all safety measures to keep yourself and your neighbors safe. It is our hope that the stories and features on this site will help inform your plans in the future.
